Overview This Privacy Policy explains what Netrix Strata collects, how we use it, and your choices. Netrix Strata is operated by Netrix Enterprise LLC.

Information you provide When you create an account we collect your name, email, phone, and company. When you run an evaluation we collect the deal figures you enter. If you contact us or request a guide, we collect the information you submit. If you apply to the affiliate program we collect your name, email, and phone.

Payment information Subscriptions are processed by our third party payment processor. Payment card details are submitted directly to the processor. We do not store full card numbers. We receive limited billing information such as your subscription status and the last digits of your card.

Information collected automatically When you use the service we may collect standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type, and usage activity. We use a small number of cookies for sign in sessions and, for affiliate referrals, to credit the referring affiliate for a limited window.

How we use information We use your information to operate and improve the service, run your evaluations, manage your subscription and billing, provide support, send service and account messages, run the affiliate program, prevent fraud and abuse, and meet legal obligations.

Marketing email If you request a guide or otherwise opt in, we may send you a short series of emails about Netrix Strata. Every such email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time.

Optional AI and market features If document reading or market features are enabled on your account, information you submit for those features may be processed by a third party provider solely to return the requested result. These features are off by default.

Sharing We do not sell your information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate, such as our payment processor, hosting provider, and email provider, and only as needed to provide the service. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.

Data retention We keep your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

Security We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights You can review and update your account information at any time. You can unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in any such message. You can request access to or deletion of your personal information by contacting us, subject to records we are required to keep. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable law.

Children The service is intended for business users and is not directed to anyone under eighteen. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes We may update this policy from time to time and will post the updated version here.
